To expand beyond the limited hours available at TASK, the Trenton Community A-Team (TCAT) has teamed up with Isles to create a vibrant art studio and gallery in the heart of the Old Trenton Neighborhood at 51 North Stockton Street—now proudly known as Studio 51.
Studio 51 is more than just a studio; it’s a dynamic gallery showcasing the exceptional works of TCAT artists. Our courtyard is a constantly evolving canvas, featuring art boards that transform every few months, offering fresh inspiration with each visit.

Join the Creative Community at TCAT’s Tuesday Art Program!
Every Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM, the Trenton Community A-Team (TCAT) hosts an inspiring art program at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK). With all supplies provided and an open invitation to everyone, this program is a welcoming space where creativity flourishes.
Artists have the opportunity to showcase and sell their creations in exhibits, galleries, pop-ups, and on the TCAT website, if they wish. Beyond creating art, participants build a supportive community, sharing insights, encouraging each other, and developing both their artistic skills and connections to the broader Trenton community.
A Legacy of Artistic Empowerment
In 2000, five passionate artists at TASK founded an artist cooperative, later known as the A-TEAM Artists of Trenton. This collective was established to support self-taught artists who lacked the resources to fully pursue their artistic ambitions. Since then, the A-TEAM has provided a nurturing environment where artists can refine their talents, gain exposure, and sell their work, fostering a thriving, inclusive artistic community.
